  • Order cancelations will be honored up until shipping arrangements are made. We will obtain confirmation from customers before completing the order transaction and making shipping arrangements. Thus, after shipping arrangements are made by ETInc we will not accept order cancelations.
 
 
  • ETInc will issue refunds as exchange for credit only. There will be no exceptions.
    • Please request exchange for credit within 14 business days of original invoice date.
 
 
  • All claims for damage, missing merchandise or shipping errors must be made within 3 business days of receiving the shipment.
 
 
  • ETInc will only issue company credit after receiving the item(s) in its orignal packaging along with all its accessories and is in good reselling condition.
    • No credit will be issued for item(s) that are returned defective, unable to be repaired or is missing accessories.
 
 
  • Please use the RMA Request Form and folllow the RMA Procedure/Policy if you wish to return any defective item(s) for repair.
 
 
  • Customers assume all cost for shipping merchandise back to ETInc.
    • ETInc will not refund or be held responsible for any shipping or related costs for shipping merchandise back to ETInc.
 
 
  • Please allow 8-10 business days, excluding shipping days, to process your exchange for credit request.
    • Please note that shortage of inventory, work overload, or special circumstances might delay process.
