  • It's free under warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more details.

  • Call customer service at 562-926-2199 or fill out the RMA Request Form online.
 
  4) How long does it take to complete a RMA request?  
 
  • Up to 30 days or more after we receive the items depending on the type of repair.
 
  5) Is there a time frame to ship RMA items back to Ebenezer Technology, Inc?  
 
  • Yes, please ship RMA items back within 10 days of RMA number issuance.
