Before requesting RMA service please make sure that you are aware of our warranty policy.

 
 
  • Please fill out and submit a RMA Request Form online or call to request on to be faxed or emailed to you.
 
 
  • If filling out the online form please submit on form per RMA request.
 
 
  • Please fill out all information in order to request a RMA number. Incomplete RMA Request forms will not be processed.
 
 
  • Upon completion, submit online or fax to 562-926-9868.
    • Upon approval, a RMA number will be issued within 2 business days.
    • Under most circumstance if you have faxed your RMA request you will receive a fax back with your RMA number. If you have submitted an online request form or contacted us directly through email or phone you will receive an email with a RMA number.
    • If you do not receive confirmation within 2 business days please resend your RMA request or contact us directly by phone or email.
 
 
  • Once you receive a RMA number please ship back the RMA item(s) back with a copy of the RMA Form that has the RMA number. It will either be a fax or an email.
 
 
  • Please ship all RMA item(s) back to ETInc within 10 business days of RMA number issuance or request a new RMA number if you are unable to ship back the RMA item(s) within this time frame.
 
 
  • All packages returned without a RMA number will not be accepted. There will be no exceptions. Please request a RMA number before shipping your RMA item(s) back to ETInc.
 
 
  • All RMA item(s) must be shipped back to ETInc in its orignal packaging or acceptance of the item(s) will not be guaranteed.
