- ETInc offers one year limited warranty for all controllers. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more information.

4) Will be able to receive a refund or an exchange if I end up not liking what I purchased? |

- Unfortuntately, ETInc does not offer refunds but please refer to our Exchange Policy for details on exchanges.

5) What types of payments does ETInc accept? |

- We prefer credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express). We will accept Company Checks and wire tranfers upon arrangement.

6) What types of fees are associated with credit cards and wire transfers? |

- For wire transfers, please include the wire transfer fee that your bank charges you along with the full payment for your purchase.
- For credit cards, a fee will be added to your total bill with your shipping charge.

7) What types of shipping methods can I choose from? |

- All customers pay for duties and applicable taxes; not ETInc.
