  • ETInc offers limited on year warranty on all our products except for drives.
    • ETInc provides a 3 month warranty on all drives starting on the invoice date. Any warranties from thereafter must be requested from the manufacturer. Some drives come with one year limited manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly.
 
 
  • All warranty periods start from the invoice date.
 
 
  • Any physical damage not related to the manufacturing of the product will void the warranty and will not receive free RMA support or exchange for credit.
 
 
  • Please contact ETInc at 562-926-2199 or email etinc@ebenezertech.com for a price quote if you need RMA support for merchandise not covered under warranty.
 
 
  • Removal of warranty labels and/or serial number without authorization will void the warranty.
 
 
  • For merchandise that comes with a manufacture warranty please contact the manufacture directly for RMA support.
 
 
  • Submission of RMA Request Form confirms that you read, understand and agree to the terms of the RMA Policy and the Warranty Policy.
